A pair of George III covered Entree Dishes with marks for George Fenwick of Edinburgh. Each dish has a central acorn and foliate cast handle and foliate scroll decorated border. Engraved with the coat of arms of William Laird of Glenhuntly (b.1777). Hallmarked 1806. Excellent condition.

A superb baluster style George I caster made by William Aytoun of Edinburgh in 1729 under Assey Master Archibald Ure. It is later engraved with the cypher of Archibald Primrose the 5th Earl of Roseberry and Lord Dalmeny, who was British Prime Minister in 1894.
